We had an absolutely amazing experience with Fawn. From the very first lesson, it was obvious how experienced, thoughtful, and intentional she is in her approach. She individualized everything, moving at a pace that made sense for my son (who was about 19 months old when we started) incorporating his interests, and adjusting to the skills that were more difficult for him. She made every step of the process feel fun, positive, and safe.

Watching my son develop real swimming skills was an incredible experience. I found what another lesson I brought him to lacked, building true survival skills. I was amazed by what he was capable of and, living near a lake, feel a sense of peace that he has the skills he does. She even invited me into the water multiple times, coaching me until I felt confident and prepared to support him myself. That kind of care and support goes far beyond just teaching swimming. It's empowering as a parent!

She also creates such a warm, community feel. Her pool is set up perfectly for Florida heat: plenty of shade, fun toys, colorful handprints and stickers that capture the kids' interest, happy music, and even a shady area for parents to sit. She takes time to check in about how your child is doing that day and even uses video reviews of lessons to plan the next session. You can tell how deeply she cares, not just about safety and skill, but about each child and family.

We never once felt rushed. My son LOVED picking something from Ms. Fawn's treasure box on Fridays. Her background in teaching really shows, in and out of the water, and she's also incredibly flexible with scheduling. I can't recommend her enough. She made something that could have felt intimidating into a meaningful and joyful experience.
